Terms of Use

Shoutly: Megaphone Mic Speaker · Last updated 2 October 2026

By installing or using Shoutly you agree to these terms.

Using the app

Shoutly amplifies your microphone, plays generated sounds and speaks your messages through your device's audio outputs. You are responsible for using it lawfully and considerately: keep volumes safe for your hearing and for people around you, do not use the app to listen to or record people without their consent, and follow local rules on sirens, loudspeakers and noise. Sirens in the app are sound effects and must not be used to impersonate emergency services.

Hearing safety

Loud sound can damage hearing. Start with a low volume, raise it slowly, and keep headphone volume moderate. Acoustic feedback (howling) can be loud; keep the microphone away from the speaker.

Subscriptions and purchases

Shoutly Pro is available as a monthly or yearly subscription (the yearly plan may include a free trial) or as a one-time lifetime purchase, all billed by Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in Google Play › Subscriptions at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. If you cancel during a free trial before it ends, you are not charged. Refunds follow Google Play's policies.

Free version and ads

The free version limits live sessions to a set length, includes a subset of effects and sounds, and shows ads. You can watch an optional rewarded video to try Pro features for a limited time.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties. Output loudness, latency and feedback depend on your device and accessories. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes. Questions: ryantruong.2512@gmail.com
